Therapeutic yoga for trauma combines slow, mindful movement and breathwork to support nervous system regulation, reduce trauma symptoms, and help you feel more grounded and in control of your body.
Our anger management counseling provides a supportive space to better understand and manage your anger. We help you identify underlying triggers, build healthy coping skills, and improve communication and relationships. (Court and individual sessions)
